Keith Abraham earned his Doctorate in Nursing Practice Degree from Grand Valley State University in Allendale, MI, and his Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, MI.
Board-certified as an Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, he is licensed in the state of Michigan as a registered nurse and advanced practice registered nurse. Professional affiliations include the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Michigan Council of Nurse Practitioners.
Prior to joining Hackley Community Care, Keith worked for over 10 years as a registered nurse, having provided care in the ICU, pain clinic, surgical care, and the infusion clinic. Keith’s medical interests include preventative care and chronic disease management. He is passionate about employing a relationship-based model to the delivery of care.
As a lifelong resident of West Michigan, Keith enjoys all things outdoors. When he is not providing quality care to his patients he enjoys backpacking, kayaking, and spending time with family and friends.
