We employ more than 300 people in various direct-care jobs, including physicians, registered nurses, physician assistants, medical assistants, advanced practice nurses, dentists, hygienists, dental assistants, pharmacists, pharmacy techs, and therapists. We also have jobs in administration, financial, clerical, and other areas that support work with our patients.

We assist providers with applying to the Student Loan Repayment through the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) program which assists in the recruitment and retention of medical, dental, and mental health care providers by providing loan repayment to those who enter full-time and part-time service obligations.

What to Expect: You’ll gain hands-on experience, receive relevant workplace training, and acquire essential skills and credentials under the guidance of an HCC preceptor.

Medical Assistant Program (Approx. 31 weeks)
Dental Assistant Program (Approx. 20 weeks)
Community Health Worker Program (Offered at select times)

Your Commitment:

Active participation and successful completion of training and coursework.
Enthusiastic engagement in learning activities with a positive attitude.
Attaining passing grades.
Committing to a minimum two-year employment term with HCC post-certification, where you’ll put your newfound skills to work, delivering top-notch care to our patients.
