Karen Theus, RN, holds an associate degree in nursing from West Shore Community College and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Ferris State university. She plans to pursue a master’s degree in nursing education and informatics in the future.
Karen has been employed in various positions at Hackley Community Care since 2012, and is currently working as the RN Clinical Lead for the School Based program. Her past experience includes school nursing, RN Care Manager, long-term care and rehabilitation, home care, and patient case management.
Karen has a passion for working with school aged children and teens, health education, serving diverse and underserved populations, and educating on the importance of nutrition and preventative health.
