Curt is a lifelong resident of Muskegon County and holds a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Western Michigan University, a bachelor’s degree in Math and Business Education from Central Michigan University and an associate degree from Muskegon Community College.
Those degrees have combined well with the practical experience and knowledge gained from 27 years as a Teacher, Coach, Athletic Director, Middle School Principal, and High School Principal.
After retiring from education Curt used the skills and experiences in data analysis, communication, problem solving, and leadership to work as a Continuous Improvement Manufacturing Engineer for Howmet Aerospace in Whitehall.
Curt enjoys spending time with family and friends, being a part of his church family, traveling, sports and the endless outdoor activities available in West Michigan.
