Barb earned her Master’s Degree in Family Life Education from Western Michigan University. She also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Individual and Family Relations.
Barb’s work experience includes providing Family Preservation services to children and families throughout Muskegon County and the West Michigan area. She is strongly committed to empowering children and families to achieve their full potential by providing help and creating hope. She has spent the last 15 years working alongside parents and children to strengthen their families, solve problems and achieve goals in a strength-based, solution focused manner.
Barb is originally from Ludington, MI and continues to spend time visiting family, going to the beach, and hiking the trails at the Ludington State Park. She is married and a mother of 2 daughters. One who is currently attending Michigan State University, (Go Green!) and the other who is a Senior at Mona Shores High School.
