Born and raised in Muskegon County, Mike holds a master’s degree in Public Administration from Western Michigan University, a bachelor’s degree in Health Systems from Ferris State University, and an associate degree from Muskegon Community College. He also completed a fellowship in health care administration with the Advisory Board Company in Washington, DC.
He brings a wealth of knowledge to HCC, inclusive of 27 years of healthcare experience with Hackley Health/Mercy Health, most recently serving as the Vice President of Business Health Solutions.
Mike currently serves on the board for Michigan Primary Care Association, Michigan Community Health Network, CHIR Steering Council, Pioneer Resources, and the Employers Association of West Michigan.
Mike enjoys spending time at our fabulous beaches in Muskegon, golf, travel, boating, and spending time with friends & family.
