Linda Juarez, CEO

Linda Juarez, CEO, holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Pre-Law from Michigan State University and a Masters Degree in Public Health with a focus on Hospital and Clinic Administration from the University of California at Berkeley.

Her professional experience includes Executive Director of Marin Prenatal Project in San Francisco, CA where she was responsible for perinatal care programs for the counties of San Francisco, Marin and Oakland, CA; Deputy Director of Muskegon Public Health (formerly Muskegon County Health Department) where she was responsible for the administration of public health programs; Director of Primary Care Services for Hackley Health in Muskegon, MI, overseeing a primary care network of 45 physicians and 300 employees.

Linda has served in her current position as CEO for Hackley Community Care (HCC) for over 20 years. She has managed the Medicaid HMO contract; secured the 330 Grant funds and the Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) status, and developed the Hackley Community Care Dental Clinic.

Hackley Community Care has expanded its range of services under Linda’s leadership to include: Medical, OB, Community Care Pharmacy, Behavioral Health, School Wellness Programs in two local middle schools and a Teen Health Center on the campus of Muskegon High School. Linda has been very instrumental in the clinic’s success and growth.

Linda serves on multiple community Board of Directors including Every Woman’s Place (EWP), Pathfinders, West Michigan Therapy, United Way, Michigan Primary Care Association (MPCA), and co-chair the 1 in 21 Health Initiative.
