Darius Mitchell is the Chief Operating Officer and the Minority Owner of Shoreline Staffing. Mr. Mitchell has over 20 years’ experience in workforce Development and Operations Management specializing in Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement. Darius is also the Vice Chair of the Muskegon Young Black Professionals, Vice Chair of the Muskegon County Democratic Black Caucus, Precinct Delegate for Muskegon Heights, Parties in the Park Board Member, and he serves on the Board of Directors of Hackley Community Care.
By focusing on servant leadership, community activism, and community engagement, Darius has been able to put his education and life experiences to good use. Over the years, his ability and talents as an Event Planner and Emcee have garnered recognition throughout the state as he is often hired and trusted to officiant some of Michigan’s most important events. Darius may spend his days conducting business and closing deals, but helping young men and women of color prepare for the world that awaits them is what gets him up in the morning.
