Mary Tyler, LMSW received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, MI and her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, MI.
Mary has an extensive background of providing mental health care to adults and seniors who are in crisis, experiencing loss, depression, PTSD, anxiety, and bipolar issues. Her personal experiences and her passion for helping those who are hurting are what inspired her to become a behavioral health therapist.
“I believe it is important to provide objectivity and support to help others navigate through tough times when care is needed the most. My hope is that through therapy, no one feels undervalued, underappreciated, or misunderstood.”
When Mary is not providing professional and personable care to her patients, she enjoys designing and making quilts, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her husband.
