Genevieve Pomerville is a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She earned both her Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing from Wayne State University, following a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Western Michigan University.
Genevieve has been practicing as a nurse practitioner since 2012, with experience in primary care, internal medicine, and hematology/oncology. Much of her career was spent at the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center in Detroit, where she served as a primary care provider and also spent time working in the hematology and oncology department.
Originally from Metro Detroit, Genevieve recently moved to West Michigan to be closer to family. She is passionate about preventive medicine and enjoys working with patients to help them take an active role in their health and wellness. Her approach to care focuses on education, collaboration, and empowering patients to make informed decisions about their health.\
Outside of her practice, Genevieve enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and their two French Bulldogs. She loves cooking, being outdoors, and exploring all that West Michigan has to offer with family and friends.
